About the authors
Hana, master of phyllo dough and strudels, but equally skilled in the art of baking cookies and using those cookies regularly to bribe her friends for favours. She has been engaging in baking since she was ten months old, but only took up photographing in her teens. The more impossible the recipe seems, the more enthusiasm she puts into trying it out. Veganizing the classic sweets is her favourite challenge. She adores bookstores and home décor shops, anything having to do with India, dancing, studying law, and traveling. You can win her over with melted white chocolate.
Beba is the one mastering the quill and keeping the kitchen tidy. She makes sure the grinders are clean at the end of the day, the flour swept away, and the cats fed. She dislikes experimenting in the kitchen, has banned butter, eggs, and milk from the fridge, swears by organic ingredients and old-fashioned methods of mixing with a big whisk, and stores the sweet creations into poetic sentences. Nothing makes her happier than a really delicious dessert–from breakfast till dinner, and everything in between.
